Anterior Knee Pain

Author: Active-Support

A saying goes that anything in excess is bad. This could be the case of an anterior knee pain. Too much activity that causes extra strain on the kneecap could cause the front and center of the knee to hurt. Anterior knee pain can also be the result of arthritis or the dislocation or fracture of the kneecap.

Magnetic knee brace could be used to keep the bones in the knee joint well lined up. This will prevent friction that can worsen the pain. It is still best to visit a doctor and get the knee tested. An x-ray or MRI scan can help determine the cause of the knee pain.
