My friends and I decided to open a resto bar after we have all graduated from culinary school. As former accountants, we realized this is not the career we would want to keep for the rest of our lives and try to pursue something which would make us happier with the way our lives have turned out. Since we all love to cook, we quit our jobs and decided to pursue a career in the restaurant industry.
The first thing which I purchased for the kitchen was a timer blender. I have always wanted to become a bartender and be able to whip up my own drinks and concoctions. I was to man the bar, while two of my friends will take charge of the kitchen. We have used up a huge part of our savings, and we hope things will turn out great as we want it to be.
